The renewed rooms are magnificent. Don't let the

80s interior at reception fool you. The hotel staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. My family enjoyed a comprehensive breakfast, and the proximity to the vaporetto station made exploring effortless. Keep in mind, the absence of a fridge in the room was a minor drawback.

This hotel has a fantastic central location right across from the vaporetto station, making travel to Venice quick and easy. The room was newly renovated, spacious, and the large terrace offered stunning views of the lagoon. Breakfast surpassed my expectations, featuring a variety of options including fresh pastries and local cheeses. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, especially the lady at reception who went the extra mile by providing beach towels. However, I was disappointed that there was no fridge in the room, which would have been nice for keeping drinks cool, especially during the hot summer days. Also, while breakfast choices were generally good, some items could benefit from being restocked more frequently. Despite these minor inconveniences, my stay was enjoyable overall.

what a disappointment this hotel was! No fridge in the room and their breakfast was a sad display of mediocrity, basically just bread. The location was fantastic with easy access to the ferry for exploring historic Venice and enjoying family time at the nearby Blue Moon beach. The room was clean and spacious enough for our family of six, and we took full advantage of the free bikes provided.
